utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care effectively.
You will be accountable for the care provided to your assigned
patients and will assess the overall effectiveness of care
delivered by other caregivers. Coordination of patient care with
various departments is essential, along with upholding patient
rights and confidentiality. All responsibilities should align with

Qualifications: Education: Completion of a nursing program
(Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN) Licensure: Must obtain and
maintain a current RN license in the state of employment, adhering
to all state board requirements Experience: Relevant experience in
nursing Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the
American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30
days of hire Additional certifications may be required based on the
specific unit, including but not limited to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac
Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency
Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON
(Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology
Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Six Assessment & Care Modules) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
Other unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical
Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
Prolonged standing and walking required during shifts Capability to
