Overview: Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver
exceptional patient care while maintaining professional
accountability for the patients assigned to you. You will assess
the overall effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers and
coordinate patient care in collaboration with various departments.

Areas Department: GIG Status: PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float Shift:

plus Variable Shift Incentives W-2 Employee Status Minimum of 12
hours worked every 90 days Options for 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts

availability Position Overview: Are you looking for a flexible and
incentivized Registered Nurse role? You can choose between day or
night shifts based on your preference! There are no mandatory
weekend, holiday, or shift requirements. Participation in the Gig
Nursing Program entails a commitment to scheduling a minimum number
of hours, being available on short notice, and being adaptable to
last-minute shift cancellations. Please note that the Gig Nursing
Program does not guarantee shift hours and will be the first to
experience cancellations. Departments Seeking GIG RNs: Behavioral
Health (BH) Emergency Department (ED) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Medical-Surgical (MS) Women’s Health (L&D, NICU, M&B)
Qualifications: Required Education: Graduation from an accredited
registered nursing program Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the hiring state or compact licensure where nursing
duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing
requirements. Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN
experience for Medical-Surgical roles. For other specialties (ED,
ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent specialty-specific
bedside RN experience is required. Preferred Experience: Experience
with Epic software Certifications: For Medical-Surgical, Behavioral
Health, and Women’s Health - Basic Life Support (BLS) For Critical
Care - BLS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) For
Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) Additional certifications may be required post-hire.
Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift
up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and walking are required during
each shift. Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and
