Operating Room Complex Overview: The Registered Nurse within the
Operating Room Complex is responsible for delivering
patient-focused care by employing the nursing process and
collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal treatment
outcomes. This role emphasizes the importance of maintaining
patient confidentiality, upholding professional accountability, and
adhering to all licensure and certification standards. Candidates
must possess physical endurance, relevant certifications, and a

involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver comprehensive
patient care. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the care
provided to their assigned patients and assesses the effectiveness
of care delivered by other healthcare providers. Coordination of
patient care with other departments is essential, as is the
protection of patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities

Position Details: Qualifications: Education: Completion of a
nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure:
Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of
employment or possess compact licensure, fulfilling all state board
of nursing requirements. Experience: Relevant experience in nursing
is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
the course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be
required based on the specific unit or position, including but not
limited to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) C-EFM
(Fetal Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
necessary Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull,
and/or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are
required throughout each shift. Capability to grip, reach, bend,
kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job responsibilities. Why Join
