Job Description Job Description Requirements for Bilingual Registered Skilled Nursing Home: You must hold a Clear and Active license. Nurse in the state of Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure. Bilingual (Preferred, but not required) Current CPR/BLS Certification Must be eligible to work in the United States Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement) Requirements: You must hold a Clear, Active, RN Nurse license. Nurse in the state of Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure. Bilingual (Preferred, but not required) Current CPR/BLS Certification Must be eligible to work in the United States Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement) RN Responsibilities Nursing Functions * Quality & Safety * Charting & Documentation * Resident & Representative Communication Thorough RN to RN Endorsement. Ability to reconcile shift medications (i.e., Narcotic Medications). Effectively conduct Medication Pass and document accordingly. Accurately and Timely Electronic Charting and Documentation. Completes all nursing multi-system assessments to include head to toe, vitals, dressing changes, applies protective skin barrier. Uphold Residents Rights. Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff. Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement accordingly. Promote Error Free Working Environment according to facility policies. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to promote Patient-Centered Care. Why work here?
