Job Description Job Shift: Nights Job Type: Full Time Up to
$20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. The
Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and
provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing
process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. On
call shifts required up to FTE. - Assesses physical, psychosocial,
educational and growth and development needs of the patient. -
Develops a written plan of care using assessment data. - Implements
nursing care plan. - Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
- Demonstrates leadership skills - Assists in organizing Patient

Registered Nurse Program Experience: - None License: - REGISTERED
NURSE Certifications: - BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) - PALS and
ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN), at hire for experienced PICU RNs, or
within 180 days of hire/transfer effective date new grad or no PICU
experience. - TNCC INEXPERIENCED: WITHIN 2 YEARS OF HIRE OR
TRANSFER. EXPERIENCED WITHIN 1 YEAR OF HIRE OR TRANSFER LI-YQ1
