Succeeding with your skill set

The Front Desk Agent will organize, confirm, process all guest check-ins/check-outs and guest requests. Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. Activate and distribute room keys. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and exceed all guest expectations.

Tools for success


-Prior cash handling experience a plus
-Basic computer operating skills
-A strong communicator to help comfort and direct guests through there check-in process
-Personable with guests and Team Members
-Read, write and speak English fluently
