As a Security Armed Shift Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Armed Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Armed Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Security Managers and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. $18.00 / hourSchedule: Friday - Sunday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM & Monday, 2:00PM - 10:00PMPerks and Benefits:We offer attractive Pay Options! • Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Must have Valid Driver's License for driving company property
• Must be comfortable with computer skills and customer service skills
• Preferred, Bilingual English and Spanish/Creole

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting;
  • Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
