What we're looking for:
Administers employee equity grant and purchase plan(s). Processes transactions with outsourced vendors and brokers for employee exercise of equity grants. Answers employee questions and resolves problems regarding equity plans and grants. Maintains employee equity data, updating information and running required and requested summary and detail reports.

Who we are looking for:
You are an experienced, detail and deadline oriented Stock Compensation Manager who will manage the equity award and ESPP plans globally. You will work with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficiency, optimization, and compliance of the plans. You will report to the Director, Executive and Equity Compensation.

Accountabilities & Role Focus:
- Serve as a functional expert on all matters as it relates to global stock administration
- Manage all aspects of global equity administration, including accurate and timely granting of all equity awards (Restricted Stock Units and Performance Restricted Stock Units), RSU vestings including proper taxation, and data accuracy of stock administration platform
- Manage all aspects of ESPP enrollment and purchases
- Responsible for SOX documentation and controls
- Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders including multiple functional areas and countries
- Manage quarterly dividend adjustment on equity awards
- Preparation of quarterly blackout
- Year end processing of 6039 filings, ESPP surveys, and reconciliation of RSUs and ESPP with payroll
- International Compliance maintains overall international compliance rules for RSUs and ESPP for all countries and coordinates with internal departments as needed
- Assist with stock tables in annual proxy
- Recommends and Implements process improvements
- Primary contact for employees regarding equity-related inquiries
- Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or equivalent. MBA and CEP designation preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years experience focusing in stock administration
- Strong, in depth stock administration management knowledge including end to end management of equity awards and ESPP globally
- Process-driven but adaptable to change with an ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills; strong analytical and computer skills including experience using all MS Office products. Workday and Fidelity experience a plus.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to manage to deadlines and multiple priorities work under pressure and handle confidential information appropriately
- Is a self-starter, takes initiative and ownership, and is an effective independent contributor and team player in a fast-paced environment
