How will you make an impact?
As a trusted advisor to the business and functional leaders, you will you'll play a meaningful role in aligning HR strategy to Operations and business goals. This role provides business partner support to the BioProduction Operations function and facilitates HR efforts across regions in partnership with local and business HR teams. Apply your unique skill sets in a variety of different areas, such as learning and development, organizational design, shift optimization, staffing and retention strategies and compensation. You will also get to showcase your abilities while working on impactful projects with the BioProduction Division (BPD) and Life Sciences Group (LSG) Human Resources teams.
What will you do? Influence Business Partners

  • Guide operations and site leaders in areas such as talent strategy, organizational assessment, structure, work force planning and change management to strengthen overall operations capability
  • Translate strategic business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives Promote a Positive Environment for Employees
    • Partner with people leaders and other HR colleagues to use Employee Involvement Survey insights to build and roll-out employee engagement-building programs
    • Act as a change agent and lead complex change management initiatives for BPG Operations Drive Successful Key HR Processes
      • Drive operations recruitment efforts within established division guidelines working with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation COEs. Partner with managers in establishing hiring and compensation strategies including driving diversity
      • Ensure that compensation plans and practices are attuned to realities of the marketplace, organization capabilities and requirements and administered efficiently
      • Establish, execute, assess, and refine talent development and succession, planning initiatives that improve the capabilities of the workforce, and ensure talent is available to support business requirements
      • Ensure data integrity and the reporting and analysis of key HR metrics, providing associated reporting and maintaining legally compliant and accurate employee information
      • Perform other duties as assigned How will you get here? Education
        • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
        • Master's degree or MBA preferred
        • PHR/SPHR and/or other Professional Certifications desirable Experience
          • Must have at least 8 years of progressive experience in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development)
          • Knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law and business partnering experience
          • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders
          • Experience supporting large change initiatives
          • Demonstrated success translating business strategies into organizational and HR initiatives that yield positive results
          • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational, matrix environment preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
            • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization including coaching, communications, and presentations
            • Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional team
            • Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization and adapt quickly to changing business needs
            • Strong analysis, problem solving, decision making, negotiating, and influencing skills
            • Strong process improvement orientation
            • Ability to translate strategies into deliverables in a fast-paced business
            • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
