Job Description Human Resources Coordinator - West Palm Beach We
are an employee-owned company Guardian Fleet Services is seeking a
bright, smart, and upbeat HR Coordinator to be part of a growing
company and HR team. You will be making a difference to help our
company grow. You should be a highly motivated professional with a
positive attitude and highly computer literate. This position is a

team. You will help with a variety of HR generalist duties and work
with our management teams all over Florida. Part of your duties
will be to assist with the hiring process, interviews, work in our
ATS and so much more. Some Duties Include: Achieves staffing
objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; assisting
hiring managers; sourcing candidates Manages ATS within ADP, job
postings and updates, candidate Conducts phone and in-person
interviews Assists with conducting orientations and providing
documentation to new hires. Assists with facilitating background
checks and drug screenings Conducts candidate reference checks and
confirms Driver records from previous employers Places job
advertisements and uses social media and job sites. Determines
applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing
responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to
job requirements. Assists managers with arranging interviews and
creating Interview Models Assists in a variety of HR-related tasks
to accomplish the HR and organization---s goals. Competencies
/Skills: Recruiting and interviewing skills. Familiar with various
interviewing modalities. Familiar with Phone, Skype, and online
meeting platform skills Supports workplace diversity Familiarity
with relevant employment Law Professionalism, organization, and
project management skills Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with good
negotiation ability, conflict resolution Strong customer service
skills, professional demeanor Education, Experience, and Licensing
Requirements 2-4 years of experience HR experience PHR, Associate
or Bachelor---s degree, or equivalent work experience Experience
with ADP Workforce Now helpful but not mandatory Highly computer
literate with MS Office Suite and related software, LMS, ATS, HRIS
