We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our customer success team, specifically focusing on post-sales customer engagements. In this role, you will be engaging with customers to ensure smooth and timely onboarding while allocating internal resources to help customers succeed.

As CAST AI scales to the next level, we need a talented, driven, and creative TPM to build our internal processes to ensure a seamless onboarding and post-sales experience.

The role spans multiple geographies. A successful candidate must be able to work across time zones, as both customers and teams are global. This is fundamentally a leadership role. With an initial hands-on approach, we are looking for a leader to join our team to "do" and then "train" a growing team of high-performing TPMs as we scale post-sales support.

Qualifications for the TMP Role:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or related role.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in the cloud or cloud-related technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven work experience in customer-facing roles, including but not limited to pre-sales and post-sales support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technology-related discipline (STEM).
  • Experience in a startup environment is beneficial.
  • Formal project management certifications/credentials are beneficial but not required.
  • Specific hands-on experience with Cloud Native technologies is beneficial but not required.

    Responsibilities for the TPM Role:

    • Ownership of the post-sales onboarding process. This is a customer-facing role.
    • Work with the sales engineering team to bridge requirements into a post-sale onboarding plan.
    • Work with the product team to ensure that customer-requested features and changes are clearly planned through the roadmap / OKR process and results are consistently communicated back to the customer.
    • Work with the sales and go-to-market teams to ensure that customers stay engaged and focused for a timely onboarding process that ensures customers are happy and successful.
    • Create KPIs to track the onboarding experience, with monthly and quarterly reporting cadences.
    • Create a scalable team structure to onboard and scale the post-sales team.
    • Work with the product team to improve onboarding, removing common blockers to a smooth onboarding process.
