Hybrid work schedule available Specific Job SummaryReporting to the Director, Marketing Technology & Operations, the Manager of Marketing Technology manages marketing technology platform and relationships in partnership with Interval's Information Technology (IT), the MVW Digital Products COE team, and Interval's VP, Marketing Activation. Results

      • Assists in the development of the marketing technology roadmap, conducting cost-benefit analyses, resource allocations, determination of KPIs, vendor selection, and preparation of executive presentations.
      • Cultivates strong relationships with external marketing technology vendors, delivering high quality, timely outputs that drive results.
      • Partners with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure marketing technology is compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
      • Documents requirements for marketing systems that support day-to-day business needs, innovation opportunities and/or integration requirements.
      • Conducts research and evaluates vendors to fit and deliver identified requirements.
      • Partners with internal technology partners and external vendors to manage ongoing technical updates, integrations, and patches.
      • Defines features and benefits of marketing technology solutions and ensure they are properly communicated to all project stakeholders.
      • Serves as marketing subject matter expert and point of contact for issues and programs related to marketing technology and associated integrations.
      • Reviews, tests, pilots, and innovates with new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in emerging media and marketing technology.
      • Performs other reasonable job duties as requested. Specific Candidate Profile Education
        • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Creative Writing, or related discipline or equivalent work experience. Related Work Experience
          • Four to seven years of progressive experience in a marketing technology.
          • Experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, Hospitality preferred.
          • Experience in a matrixed structured organization preferred. Skills and Attributes

            • Ability to proactively influence and shape the thinking of senior leaders that drives the right type of decision making to garner positive business results.
            • Knowledge of marketing resources policies, practices, and procedures.
            • Able to facilitate and lead oral presentations.
            • Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communications skills.
            • Skilled in decision-making and conflict resolution in a fast paced, continuously changing, customer focused environment.
            • Passion for strategic involvement in the creation and execution of departmental and company-wide goals and objectives.
            • Knowledge of marketing trends and practices within the industry.
            • Flexibility, adaptability, and capability to manage and prioritize multiple and conflicting priorities and tasks.
            • Ability to integrate and balance priorities, work activities, and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholders.
            • Understands how to manage in a culturally diverse work environment.
