Find out why we're all in for helping you be your best.Description Excel in managing ITRRT team to lead and work with clinical, operational, executive, medical staff and system engineers ensuring maximum availability of desktop support providing high quality technical and application triage support. Manage the BHSF workstation implementation and support process ensuring maximum availability of desktop tools, ensuring that documentation and procedures are defined to assist CTTs with installs, support and repair of hardware and software. Responsible for leading, analyzing, problem solving and implementing solutions quickly during times of unplanned crisis as well as day to day support issues. Manages staff with direct and indirect reporting relationships, at different locations, ensuring support is available 24x7x365 for all BHSF sites. Responsible for effectively managing CTT resources for projects and support assignments. Point of escalation to both facility and IT leadership to creatively resolve issues maintaining a high level of trust and confidence. Communicate to Director and AVP; escalates appropriately and timely when indicated. Recommend and specify technology solutions, along with participation as a team member in project implementations. Participate in IT budget process related to hardware support, including repairs and anticipated projects.Estimated salary range for this position is % - % / year depending on experience.Qualifications

• Degrees: Bachelors
• Additional Qualifications: BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field and 8 years IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of IT experience.
• Experience managing the day-to-day operations of enterprise desktop service center individuals with various technical backgrounds who will provide quality desktop and client support to the enterprise. In depth knowledge of Windows, client application, print management and network concepts and topology.
• Mac operating system knowledge preferred.
• Capable of executing enterprise technical, client application and desktop vision.
• Ability to plan, implement and support various types of IT equipment, including enterprise print management.
• Must possess the majority of the role specific competencies and professional qualities described in the job/summary purpose.
• Must be able to lead and manage the work of others without compromising client satisfaction.
• Prudent budget oversight, expense and FTE management is required.
• Self motivated and multi-task oriented with the ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly. Knowledge of the healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills are mandatory.
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills are essential.
