Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Maritime Standards Sr. Director to lead
the Fleet Chief Engineers to ensure continuous improvement in all
aspects of technical operations across all nine brands, and drive
shipboard Technical Operational Excellence with the correct
implementation of policy, safety culture and the advancement of
professional maritime standards. Additionally, this position will
develop recommendations and strategic direction on technical
standards throughout the organization. Supports all Brand
management and Corporate Departments in Technical matters,
additionally leads projects and other technical initiatives.
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration both onboard
and ashore is paramount.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The range for this role's base salary is $172,000 - $185,000.
Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable
basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and
experience.
