Description: We are looking for a Computer Operations Supervisor to support our client based in Miami Dade County, Florida.US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY. This is an on-site or hybrid position. Job duties include, but are not limited to:Training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring their department's compliance with operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties.Result-oriented with excellent organizational skills, excellent leadership, project management, and administrative management skillsJob duties include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up computers and other hardware devices.
• Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations.
• Starting operations by entering computer commands.
• Monitoring error and stoppage messages.
• Correcting errors, loading paper, and adjusting equipment settings.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and software errors.
• Responding to user requests and problems.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Ensuring the security of the companys computer systems.Compensation and Term This opportunity is for a full-time, one year contract position with possible extensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $52.78/hour or $109,786 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire. Candidates are expected to work onsite at our clients location. Qualifications you needA successful Computer Operations Supervisor possesses or provides the following:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a computer operator.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer electronics including circuit boards, chips, processors, and peripheral equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of modern operating systems, Enterprise, networking, and Office software.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
