LEGAL ASSISTANT (PIP DEFENSE)Downtown Miami law firm seeks an
experienced legal assistant with 3+ years of experience handling
PIP defense cases. Ideal candidate will have the following:Be a
self-starterExcellent computer skills; including Word, Excel &
Outlook (Power Point is a plus)Must be highly organized, detail
oriented, team player and the ability to multitaskWorking knowledge
of state & federal court rules, procedures, deadlines, e-filing and
production of legal documentsAbility to accurately maintain files
and calendaringExperience in Perfectlaw AIM is a plusDUTIES:Heavy
calendaringdocument profiling,e-filingschedulinghelping attorneys
