Job Description:

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be the face of the firm. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
--- Answering phones
--- Running errands as needed
--- Coordinating client intake
--- Assisting with opening, organizing, and closing files
--- Filling out forms
--- Managing calendar: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and networking events
--- Assisting with processing payments
--- Scanning, copying, and filing
--- Managing email inboxes
--- Communicating fluently in English and Spanish, both verbally and in letters/emails
--- Assist the legal team with legal assistant tasks
--- Assist with billing duties
--- Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
High school diploma or GED required
Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

--- You speak Spanish (a plus but not required)
