Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Probate Paralegal to join our growing law firm as a key member of our operations team. As a Probate Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in the administration of probate estates, as well as in the preparation of estate planning documents. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of probate law and procedures, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist with the administration of probate estates, including drafting and filing of probate pleadings, preparing and filing court forms, and managing the probate process from start to finish.
--- Work with clients to gather and organize necessary documents and information for probate administration and estate planning.
--- Prepare and file estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
--- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including correspondence and pleadings.
--- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in probate administration and estate planning matters.
--- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritize work assignments, and maintain accurate and complete records.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience working in a probate law firm.
--- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
--- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
--- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
