Job Summary The Litigation Technology Support Specialist role works side-by-side with attorneys in the Litigation Department by assisting in all trial preparation technology demands. - - Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist litigation attorney(s) with the preparation of evidence for trial and mediation
• Provide technical support to attorneys and litigation assistants throughout the life of the case(s)
• Create graphics, demonstratives, and multimedia presentations
• Transport and set up courtroom equipment
• Additional administrative duties will be assigned as needed Qualifications and Skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be goal oriented. -
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks. - -
  • Highly experienced with various video formats, graphic software, PowerPoint, Trial Director, and TrialPad.
  • Able to travel to various cities throughout Florida or other areas.
  • Great attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -
