  The Litigation Secretary is responsible for:
  • Coordinating and scheduling all litigation, case related meetings and hearings.
  • Assists team with mediation and trial prep.
  • Drafting some correspondence and motions for attorney review.
  • Active listening skills that reflect empathy and patience with injured clients is a must.
  • Processing trial orders.Requirements:PM22
    Starting from $50,000 annually
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization
    • Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Outlook)
    • FileVine experience is also preferred but not required.
    • Experience in a similar role, including a high administrative component
    • Prior experience within a personal injury law firm
