Job Description Job Description A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Miami is seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney (1–3 years of experience) to join its growing litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and real courtroom exposure early in their career. The Role: The associate will work closely with experienced trial attorneys on a wide range of personal injury matters, gaining experience across all phases of litigation. This includes direct involvement with clients, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
