Job Description Job Description LHH is partnering with a
well-established law firm in Miami to hire an experienced Business
& Commercial Litigation Paralegal. Florida's pro-business
environment continues to drive complex commercial disputes, and
this firm is seeking a strong litigation paralegal to support a
growing caseload. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and file
pleadings, motions, and discovery Manage case files from inception
through trial Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings,
mediations, and trial Handle e-filing in Florida state and federal
courts Organize and analyze large volumes of documents and exhibits
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom support
Qualifications: 3 years of business or commercial litigation
experience Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and
deadlines Experience with complex litigation matters Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage
multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits:
