Associate Attorney / Partner (Real Estate Or Land Use) Position
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced two Sr.
Attorneys to join our legal team. The ideal candidates will be
responsible for managing complex real estate transactions and
providing expert legal advice on real estate law, land use
planning, and zoning regulations. This role requires a deep
understanding of real estate markets and the ability to navigate
various legal frameworks effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide
legal counsel on real estate transactions, including acquisitions,
dispositions, and leases. Review and draft various real estate
agreements and contracts. Conduct due diligence for real estate
transactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations. Advise clients on land use planning and zoning issues,
including variances and permits. Negotiate and finalize real estate
transactions, collaborating closely with clients and other
stakeholders. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and
regulations, advising clients accordingly. Represent clients in
negotiations and disputes related to real estate transactions.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. Barred in FL 5 years of experience in real estate
transactional law. Strong knowledge of real estate law, land use
planning, and zoning regulations. Excellent negotiation and
communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage
multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Benefits - For this position, you must
