Job Description Job Description Our company is seeking to hire a
Senior Level Immigration Attorney: ImmigrationAttorney
Responsibilities: Represent clients in court (EOIR) or before
government agencies (USCIS/ICE/CBP) Prepare and draft court
motions, notices of filings, pleadings, USCIS petitions, and other
legal documents on behalf of our clients. Meet with clients as part
of the intake process, as well as meet with existing clients for
status updates. Travel to and from interviews and court hearings.
Attorney Qualifications: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Must have 7 years of legal immigration experience. Require little
to no supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. State Bar Member In good standing.
Compensation based on candidate experience/productivity etc. To
