We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Mattress Assembly, Material Handling, and Quilting . Your Role Mattress Assembly: Work in pairs to build mattress interiors, apply glue and foam, and assemble units using hand and power tools (staple guns, hot glue guns, hog-ring guns). Quilting: Operate sewing machines to create pillow tops and borders, cut and measure materials accurately. Material Handling: Move and stage materials using push carts, ensuring smooth workflow between departments. Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy. What We’re Looking For Experience with hand tools and general assembly (1 year preferred). Experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments. Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
