Account Growth & Retention : Achieve $10,000 per month in new
In-Person comprehensive business reviews with the
decision-maker(s) and a providers
Responsible for providing key accounts with solutions to improve
the LabCorp operational experience. This includes Billing,
IT/EMR workflow, and gathering operational resources to solve
service concerns IOP or operational lab concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a cumulative 30/60/90 day pipeline
of $150k or greater.
Expectations: Complete 8+ customer meetings per day,
recorded all activities in Microsoft CRM database.
Scheduled appointments should be occurring weekly with your
Direct responsibility and ownership for assigned accounts in
your zip codes and all administrative duties (growth, retention,
visit logs, pipeline, jeopardy, drop report, and active

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required;
Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred
Previous sales experience or account management is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Proven success managing a book of business
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel overnight as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
