The Integration Analyst is responsible for processing,
troubleshooting and analyzing various EDI transmissions. The
position involves working on a range of EDI transactions for
existing and on-boarding trading partners This person must be
organized, excellent at time-management and able to communicate
status to multiple parties inside our organization and with
Essential Job Functions
Skillfully implement customers from initial stage into live
Train new clients and manage entire customer setup lifecycle,
serving as single point of customer contact.
Monitor files for delivery and receipt.
Assist in troubleshooting of EDI transactions and workflow.
Identify, analyze and communicate all exception errors to the

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years with CSV, EDI/X12
Strong troubleshooting skills; be able to quickly analyze and

SQL Server Experience, preferred
Strong experience with Excel, Pivot Table and VLOOKUP
Experience with Jira, ticketing supporting system, preferred
