Summary Supports leadership and organizational development
initiatives by consulting with leaders and working with HRBPs to
identify, diagnose, and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
Essential Functions Collaborate with manager in the development and
customization of training programs and related communications.
Deliver training -classroom and virtual - using appropriate
techniques to engage audience, solicit participation, and enhance
learning. Consults with HR business partners and business leaders
to identify and implement appropriate talent programs and
assessments. Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons
learned into programs/plans and ensure learning content is curated,
relevant and up-to-date. Analyze training and development data to
assist in reporting performance and business impact as well as
training needs. Provide instructional design support as needed
(presentations, job aids, instructor guides, participant guides,
course evaluations). Communicate with HR business partners and
business leaders regarding leadership development initiatives.
Support the design and rollout of an enterprise onboarding strategy

Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills Experience
with supporting eLearning/virtual training using software such as
WebEx, Go-To Meeting, MS Teams, etc, intermediate required
Experience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to schedule
and track training intermediate required Proficient in using MS
Office applications; advanced level in Excel intermediate required
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or
related field Three (3) years or more in a training/development
role working with facilitators and business operations teams
required Experience with supporting eLearning/virtual training
using software such as WebEx, Go-To Meeting, Skype, etc.
intermediate required Experience with using Learning Management
Systems (LMS) to schedule and track training intermediate required
Proficient in using MS Office applications; advanced level in Excel
