Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provides general
administrative support in a fast-paced office environment in order
to drive company success. The candidate should have an
understanding of general office procedures.Responsibilities:* Draft
correspondences and other formal documents* Plan and schedule
appointments and events* Greet and assist onsite guests* Answer
inbound telephone calls* Develop and implement organized filing
systems* Perform all other administrative/clerical
tasksQualifications:* Previous experience in office administration
or other related fields* Strong organizational skills* Ability to
prioritize and multitask* Strong MS Office and Excel experience*
Strong attention to detail* ?Strong organizational skills*
