- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida-
or-Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing
Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life
Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and certification.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life
Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally
and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two (2) years of-Behavioral Health-experience required.The Unit
Lead Nurse has direct oversight and supervision for the unit and
for all clinical staff. Maintains current knowledge of
legal/regulatory requirements and hospital policy that impact the
care of the Behavioral Health patients.- The Unit Leader
participates in performance improvement activities and Root Cause
Analysis (RCA) process to improve patient/family, staff, and
