Job Description:
We are currently seeking certified and qualified freelance Sign
Language interpreters to provide per interpreting services at
Broward County Schools, Hollywood, FL area. Must have reliable
transportation.Flexibility and ability to adapt to situations are
both needed qualities for this project. Compensation based on level
and experience.Responsibilities and DutiesTo provide high quality
interpretation and/or oral transliteration services using American
Sign Language between Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing and Hearing
individuals.* Fluent in ASL and spoken English* Effectively
interpret between ASL and English* Educational experience
preferred* BEI and/or National Certification and/ or EIPA 3.0+
preferred but not required in Florida* College degree preferred*
You must adhere to the NAD-RID Code of Professional
