As a Diversity Talent Specialist, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Hiring Leaders, D&I and HRBP's to identify, engage and screen diverse talent for leadership roles within Assurant. The Diversity Talent Specialist is well positioned to help ensure Assurant remains a market leading and innovative organization while providing extraordinary career opportunities to individuals by sharing and promoting our opportunities.----This position requires an experienced professional with savvy sourcing and communication skills and a history of delivering high-caliber talent that will result in hires for the company. The Diversity Talent Specialist will exhibit a can-do attitude and approaches work with vigor and determination. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence, the ability to learn quickly and to strive for continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.----Responsibilities include:----- Continuously build diverse talent pipelines through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns----- Partner with recruiters to support and execute initiatives that promote sourcing and attracting diverse, qualified talent----- Conduct market research to understand where external talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute on diversity sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools----- Recommend creative and result-oriented ideas to cultivate diverse pipelines----- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit----- Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with hiring managers and recruiters----- Experiment and test new approaches to attracting diverse candidate slates to our open leadership jobs across the organization----- Network across the industry with potential candidates and be a Brand Ambassador----- Develop relationships with external vendors, local community groups, and universities to network and promote opportunities------Qualifications:----- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.----- 2+ years of progressive experience in recruiting and/or sourcing.----- Diversity & inclusion recruitment and/or sourcing experience and passion----- Experience using internet recruiting methods, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems----- Experience researching, building, and driving strategic plans----- Experience with project management and project coordination----- Demonstrated results in identifying and engaging diverse talent----**Important information:--This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.--If you have questions about the position, you may contact the recruiter recruiting for this position------Why Kelly--?You're looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we're here to help you do just that.
