Job Description:
SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that
specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and
Customer Service industries. We have a growing title company in the
North Palm Beach market looking for a Title Processor and a Title
Closer for an immediate start.All qualified candidates will be
contacted. This is a great opportunity to make a move and SetPoint
can do all the hard work for you and we can do it all
confidentially! Both positions are permanent upon hire and are NOT
temp. Title Processor: Candidate must have 2-3 years of current
experience working for a title company, or law firm, as a Title
Processor. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order
surveys, assist in clearing title issues and help prepare HUDs.
Salary Range- $45,000-$50,000/yr Title Closer: Candidate will work
with processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare
settlement statements and conduct closings. Candidates must have at
least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer.
Candidate will ensure that own work, as well as work of any
employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws,
regulations and guidelines. Title Agents license preferred but not
required. Salary Range- $55,000-$70,000/yr. Salary is negotiable

Short Sale ---Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
