DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
The Executive Consulting Group (ECG) is an execution arm to ChenMed's executive team. The group has a dual mission: (1) serve as utility asset to drive executive priorities and (2) provide a pipeline of leadership talent as ChenMed continues to grow. As the driving force behind executive priorities this team partners across all functional groups within the enterprise to: (1) design strategic solutions to evolving challenges, (2) drive implementation of solutions, (3) amplify executive bandwidth by supplying day to day support, and (4) cover functional leadership gaps that emerge as ChenMed grows. As a pipeline of leadership talent, the ESG is structured to provide the team with a wide cross-functional view and executive leadership exposure. POSITION SUMMARY
The Partner works with executive leadership to solve ChenMed's most difficult problems. Incumbents will have the opportunity to leverage knowledge, entrepreneurial drive, and proven leadership, communications, and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships and deliver results. Incumbents will work with multiple centers of expertise (COE) to gain a broad understanding of the organization.
