**Dell Synergy Anywhere Workspace, Activation Lead**If you're an established proactive technical or sales leader looking to grow as a cross functional, multi-geography, strategic programs leader, and if you are passionate about facilitating change in a dynamic business environment, you should consider this role on the Dell Synergy Acceleration team.**General Job Description**As the Dell Synergy Anywhere Workspace Activation and Enablement Lead, you'll be expected to empower technical sales and sales communities within Dell and Dell's largest partners to maneuver through VMware's Anywhere Workspace, Workspace ONE and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) sales pursuit. You'll work with leadership and management aligned to Dell Sales divisions to deliver continued VMware bookings growth via and with Dell. You'll work closely with the Dell and VMware teams to prioritize the development of sound Anywhere Workspace - Workspace ONE strategies that appropriately address VMware's SASE messaging within your strategies. You will ensure Activation programs are cross-functionally developed and driven into the Dell global regions.Excellent teamwork is nonnegotiable for this role, with a meticulous view towards driving programs and outcomes defined jointly with Dell.In this role Dell technical communities will be given a priority. Dell Sales communities will be a close second priority.**Job Responsibilities:**+ This role focuses on VMware's Anywhere Workspace technical sales activation with emphasis on solutions derived for VMware Workspace ONE. This role also requires VMware's SASE solution set be strategically considered as each activation program is developed.+ Able to demonstrate breakthrough thinking in linking technical enablement to business outcomes+ Develop a deep understanding of the global regions' Sales and Pre-Sales strategies, Business Unit initiatives, and cross-company requirements, to build and execute Anywhere Workspace solution activation programs for Dell Sales, Pre-Sales, and partner communities+ Develop an understanding of Dell's Channel Partners' Anywhere Workspace, Workspace ONE and SASE, activation requirements to build and execute associated programs.+ Proactively leverage relationship building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to become a trusted advisor to leaders in Pre-Sales, Sales, Strategy, and Planning and Operations in each geo.+ Partner in developing and delivering competency-based activation programs, inclusive of guides & awareness campaigns, long term competency sustainability plans.+ Establish outcome-based scorecards, illustrating metrics to show impact and value to the business.+ Partner or lead in Sales Enablement, Sales Play development, Sales Asset development focused on Anywhere Workspace's Workspace ONE and SASE solutions.+ Evangelize Anywhere Workspace solutions in many forums to audiences that can number into the hundreds+ Maintain an effective communications cadence with cross-company stakeholders+ Work in close collaboration with the global Solutions Leaders associated with Anywhere Workspace+ Act as the conduit between Dell and VMware in executing Anywhere Workspace's Workspace ONE and SASE Technical Activation for Dell and Dell's partners+ Post-Pandemic ability to travel and do business globally+ Post-Pandemic willingness to travel as needed due to regional nature of this role+ Availability for meetings across all time zones when required**Deliverables and Success factors-**+ Develop a firm understanding of Activation and Enablement gaps in Dell's Anywhere Workspace with Workspace ONE and SASE go to market strategy+ Partner effectively with the Solutions Lead to drive business performance in the Anywhere Workspace solution categories+ Iteratively develop and deploy Anywhere Workspace's Workspace ONE and SASE Activation and Enablement programs to ensure the right skills are available to advance Dell and Dell partner GTM strategies.+ Outcome based scorecard development, deployment, and management for deployed programs+ Achievement of sign off on programs from Dell and VMware stakeholders+ Candidate is expected to be an integral part of Dell's VMware dedicated team to ensure complete interlock.+ Drive new value, new ideas, new initiatives to take advantage of Dell's strength in the segments they operate.**Required Skills:**+ 10+ years of work experience that includes time in a pre-sales (technical) or sales leadership role+ Working knowledge of the combined VMware and Dell Anywhere Workspace Workspace ONE and SASE solutions portfolio and competitive landscape+ Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at Dell and VMware+ Exceptional listening, oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills+ Consistently delivers excellent results, even in the face of changing environment.+ Regarded as a strong performer and collaborator, strong attention to detail and solid leadership skills.+ Self-directed, innovative professional with a demonstrated ability to make recommendations that balance strategic vision with operational execution/sustainability+ Strong EQ; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in timeframes, people, situations with ease.
