The 3rd Eye is currently seeking an Account Supervisor to join our team in our Miami, FL location.

      • The Account Supervisor is responsible for the relationship between the agency and assigned clients, looking after client needs through direct contact, liaison, and the marshalling of agency resources. You will be the key strategic agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.What You'll Do:
        Client Management
        • Maintains direct, day-to-day, senior level client contact
        • Takes a lead role in fostering client relationships and addressing client concerns
        • Fully versed, always, on the status and good standing of all assigned client accounts
        • Attends most client meetings, except for ones of very tactical/executional nature
        • Provides strategic planning and consultation with clients at the onset of a campaign
        • Receives client briefings
        • Analyzes client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to produce full communications plans
        • Devises communications strategy relevant to each client
        • Identifies new business leads from existing clients and supports in their development
        • In the absence of creative and media personnel, presents and effectively sells communications plans, concepts, media and interactive marketing plans to clients; where creative and media personnel are present, supports them in selling concepts and plans
        • Ensures compliance and legal representations are appropriate
        • Keeps apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developmentsFinancial Management
          • Under the direction of the Director of Account Management, will develop SOWs, retainers, agreements and contracts for Clients with smaller budgets
          • Has a thorough understanding of the account-specific contracts and their implications
          • Provides clients with budget updates
          • Coordinates with finance department in preparation of client invoices
          • Coordinates project budgets with all relevant agency personnel
          • Together with finance department, ensures clients are adhering to agency payment terms
          • Reviews estimates, costs and billings to ensure budgets are met, and cost controls adhered to; intercedes where billing issues arise with specific clients and advises Director of Account ManagementLeadership/Organizational
            • Manages Account Executives and Account Coordinators for assigned clients
            • Sets clear team priorities, monitors progress and measures outcomes
            • Mentors Account Executives and Account Coordinators by providing career growth guidance and maintaining an open-door policy
            • At the Director of Account Management's discretion conducts performance reviews of junior team members
            • Provides creative, production, public relations, digital, strategy, and media personnel with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required; ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the internal groups
            • Works with Strategist to develop campaign/project briefs and presentation decks
            • Liaises with research personnel and other freelance resources
            • Reviews Client Contact Reports and important developments with relevant Account Executives/ Coordinators and Director of Account Management
            • Steps in to support assigned account service team, correct problems, and/or resolve issues, when needed
            • Keep senior leadership informed and updated on all accounts
            • Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency
            • At the Director of Account Management's discretion, participates in activities to generate the business plan for the company
            • Represents the agency at industry functions-promotes the agency at every opportunity; is fully familiar with agency credentials and specialtiesOur Ideal Candidate

              Education and Experience:
              • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
              • 6+ years of agency experience, working on integrated campaigns
              • Google Certification, preferredRequired Skills and Abilities:
                • Supervisorial skills; managing 3-4 junior team members
                • Leading a team on a day-to-day basis
                • Experience with media tactics-broadcast, print, digital, social
                • Strong strategic and tactical skills
                • Creative, strategic thinker
                • Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic
                • Strong attention to detail
                • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
                • Ability to work effectively under pressure
                • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
