Coordinators are tasked with managing large amounts of inbound and
outbound calls, emails, and text in a timely manner. Identify
customer needs; provide information on service reservation
availability. Partner with the service advisors, research issues
and provide solutions or alternatives.Responsibilities
- Must be able and willing to receive a consistent high volume of
inbound calls.
- Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous
manner. (2 ring maximum)
- Partner with the service department to schedule service
reservations throughout the entire day. (early morning,
mid-afternoon and late afternoon)
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive
service needs.
- Follow all dealership policy and procedures, high frequency of
contact with customers.
- Thorough documentation of all contacts within the customers
CRM. (customer management. system)
- Complete appointment Internet leads.
- Use service scripts to collect all pertinent customer
information and document in the system accordingly. (CRM)
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Provide information on Lyft-Loaner program.
- Must have flexible schedule to include Saturday rotation,
7:30am to 7pm, 8 hours shift.Physical Requirements: Regularly
required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods, use
hands to operate a keyboard and telephone, ability to stand/walk as
