Zubi is looking for a Contest Strategist to lead a growing and multifaceted analytics team. This person will be a hands-on, media savvy analyst using their knowledge and experience to continue building the analytics offerings for our clients. In addition to pushing others to think critically and always improve Zubi's work, the role helps Zubi set measures of success, project delivery, analyze results, and report on digital efforts including digital media, social media, programmatic, and other online programs.

Responsibilities:

* Monitors/analyzes trends and platforms (general and Ford-owned) to provide insights on audience and trends that will help inform actions driving further initiatives/content
* Guided by business objectives and communications strategy, acts as the strategic lead across social marketing efforts including publishing content, channel strategy, calendar management, measurement and engagement
* Strategically maps out the best way to craft and distribute content across various platforms and channels (digital/social)
* Supports analytics in the development of measurement plans and social listening insights
* Supports media team in development of paid social media plans
* Fosters social media partners relationships to garner best practices and learnings

Qualifications (must haves):

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital in one or more of the following areas: digital media, social media or web analytics
* Expert with digital media and social media campaigns, terminology, specs and experience monitoring and optimizing digital programs
* Expert level media optimization techniques, A/B testing, and media quality monitoring
* Experience with digital ad fraud and some of the tools/means to handle this industry issue


* High working proficiency in Excel
* Experience managing and maintaining databases of information (Access, Excel, BI, SAP, API, etc.)
* Experience with a data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau)
* Proficiency with 2-3 of the following tools/data sources:
* DFA/DCM, Google Analytics, Omniture, Facebook Ads Manager, social media listening tools, Google Ads


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
* Create professional and clean deliverables for analysis and recommendations
* Field client questions on the go, and be able to support answers with confidence


* Be proactive and highly organized: manage and prioritize multiple, varied tasks in a timely manner
* Creative problem-solving skills: While numbers usually appear to be black and white, digital analytics requires creativity and problem solving every day

Additional Experience that is a plus:

* Working knowledge of programmatic media buys
* Experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau
* Experience with SQL database creation and management
* Experience with analytics tag implementation (i.e. on-site Omniture or Google analytics tag implementation)
* Experience with paid search campaigns and Google Ads
* Experience with Digital research tool (e.g. comScore, Nielsen, Milward Brown for things like brand health studies, audience validation, impact studies, etc.)
* Experience in an ad agency environment, working with multiple in-house clients (account/media/creative)
* Experience with automotive and/or financial industry
