SUMMARY:
Physicians Dialysis is looking for an FT TA specialist for an enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist for our healthcare community, located in North Beach, FL. We are looking for a skillful and self-motivated individual who brings a passion for driving results within the health care field. This is a Full-Time on-site position. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and timely applicant flow to hiring managers by effectively scheduling candidate interviews, partnering with hiring managers to identify and satisfy hiring needs, and coordinating the attendance of hires for orientation and training. Additionally, you'll screen and ensure the quality of candidates before they see the hiring manager. The other key piece of this role will include administrative duties to consist of maintaining spreadsheets, detailed documentation, and meticulous follow-up while keeping in compliance with all HR policies and procedures. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Management
Intake all new hiring requisitions from hiring managers at different departments
Post job openings to job boards and source candidates
Pre-screen, interview, and vet candidates before sharing with hiring managers
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring manager
Extend offers, and assist in the acquisition of all new hire paperwork
Onboard new hires onto ADP and any other relevant and related systems

Desired Qualifications:
The talent acquisition specialist should have a Bachelor's degree
3+ years recruiting experience in health care related field
Must be technologically adept
Experience with ADP is preferred, but not required

Discuss sourcing candidates and the recruiting process
Develop talent pipeline by sourcing ATS
Sourcing and recruiting quality talent
Providing hiring managers with quality candidates
Update the talent acquisition system
Guide top talent into the recruiting pipeline
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing to develop a talent pool
Sourcing qualified candidates for open positions, prescreening potential candidates and submitting candidates to hiring managers
Determine the best talent sourcing plans
Manage talent acquisition marketing campaigns
Recommend prospective candidates to hiring managers
Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Move candidates through the hiring process
Engaging passive candidates recruiting into Sodexo positions
Attract a diverse talent pool of candidates
Create effective recruiting plan to source passive candidates
Pass along candidates to hiring managers
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process
Implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Manage full lifecycle recruiting and drives sourcing for key talent
