the management of Hotel-Apartments in the major European cities
since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and
upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist
property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and
properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and
anticipates significant growth in 2022/2023 with the acquisition of
new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe
and the United States.

*Upperkey is now looking for a Sales and Business Development
Intern to develop from scratch new attractive US cities where we
can implement our business.*
*Your main responsibilities: *
The internship will evolve through 3 steps and consists as
* *Learning* of operation processes, company values and logistics
and discovering the operating field.
* *Business development *on site: market analysis; contact with
agencies, investment funds and building owners; prospecting,
visiting, negotiating and pricing of apartments followed by the
proposal of an offer.
* *Implementation and management: * management of the developed
real estate portfolio, setting up of properties (furniture,
decoration, photo shooting, electricity and insurance contracts,
etc.), communication with the marketing team, recruitment of a new
team, implementation of best practices and new processes.
*About you: *
* Ambitious, confident and results-driven;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent
* Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility,
complete missions and work autonomously;
* Highly organized with an acute attention to detail;
* Entrepreneurial spirit;
* Experience in Commercial and/or Real Estate would be
* Fluent French and English required.
* Compensation: 1300$/month;
