It is required to be commutable to an office location.Job DescriptionThe Business Development Associate is responsible for the execution and implementation of various components which are vital to the promotion, growth and success of the company. In addition, the coordinator will assist with the execution of location contracts, extensions and renewals. Other responsibilities include managing the implementation of location signage and marketing initiatives, assisting with presentations, and collecting and tracking sales reports and figures.Duties and ResponsibilitiesQualify and prioritize leads that will result in sales.Refine outreach programs for more effective results.Align and work closely with the Director of Business Development on current business initiativesAssist with top of funnel sales efforts and outreachSupport administrative tasks related to new contracts, contract extensions and renewals, working closely with leaders and other team members.Work with partners to execute contract components and fulfill contract requirementsRegular communication of business updates to partners and clientsWork closely with creative team to execute marketing initiativesUse features on Google Analytics and Adobe in order to properly track new business initiativesCollect and track data for daily and monthly sales reportsCollaborate with other departments with data gathering and analyticsAssist with gathering and formatting data into presentation format for quarterly management business reviewsOwn and manage the entire buildout of new affiliate partners from start to finish, vast knowledge of EBG Admin requiredWork with Business Manager to gather suppression and revenue share requirementsSubmit required documents to AP team to create new payment vendorContinue to learn new features added to EBG admin and implement them as neededPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality or entertainment industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a professional sales environmentComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the InternetHigh energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independentlyAbility to easily adapt and learn new programs, applications, and processesAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skillsHigh level of attention to detailExperience in ticketing, sports and/or travel industry is preferredOther InformationThe statements contained herein reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required, and the scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all inclusive listing of work requirementsAdditional InformationEBG offers outstanding employee benefits including:Medical, Dental & Vision401k MatchShort Term Disability, Long Term Disability (Company Paid)Company Paid Basic Life and AD&DAdditional Voluntary BenefitsFlexible Work Arrangements3 Weeks of PTO + 5 Personal DaysPaid Holiday Break from Christmas to New YearPaid HolidaysFitness Reimbursement ProgramAnnual Day of GivingShare in the FUN!
