guidelines.High-performing, focused Account Executives have the
ability to produce a total compensation of $100,000 plus. An
Account Executive must be amazing at engaging and building
relationships, an outstanding communicator and presenter, and a
consistent closer. We need our next sales star to maintain and
bring in the best accounts.Primary / Key Essential Functions and
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and maximize current client base utilizing
SUGAR CRMPerform continual prospecting: cold calling, following up
on leads and referrals, and contacting new offices and personnel in
the office of existing customersFollow up on sales activity via
phone and/or email communicationManage full-cycle sales process
from prospecting to closing of projectDevelop and maintain accurate
customer files in order to enable easy tracking of an account's
progressMaintain weekly and monthly sales activity reportsMeet
regularly with the Vice President to discuss current challenges and
future sales opportunitiesAnalyze client base so that you can
determine best marketing approach, organize events and other
situations that help drive salesAny and all other duties assigned
by the supervisorEducation and/or Experience and
QualificationsMinimum Education: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum
Experience: One to two (1-2) years of experience and/or training in
outside salesValid Driver's LicenseKnowledge, Skills and
AbilitiesExpected to be proficient in Microsoft OfficeExpected to
have strong analytical skillsExpected to interact positively with
other employees of all levelsExpected to exhibit adaptability,
flexibility, self-control and maturity in work and behaviorExpected
to recognize situations that require notification of a
managerExpected to analyze, interpret and communicate data
effectively both verbally and in writingExpected to effectively
