About The Role: Billing Specialist OverviewSensi is an award-winning, AI-based care quality management platform for home care agencies and elder care communities. Sensi is currently seeking an experienced full-time Billing Specialist to be a part of the founding team for our US operations based in Austin, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to combine a passion for finance with a mission-based company looking to change the way we, as a society, take care of every older adult who needs it.

As the Billing Specialist, you will oversee the company's billing efforts and provide support to the go-to-market team. You will be responsible for invoicing clients, ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid in full and on time, and answering any related billing inquiries with best-in-class customer support. You will be part of the finance department but will collaborate with the other departments and make a significant impact on the company's growth and automation of its billings. The Billing Specialist is an incredibly valuable role that creates and maintains relationships with our clients and is central to operations as a whole.Core Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:

---Create and send invoices and account updates to clientsMaintain an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balancesReceive, sort, and track incoming paymentsIssue billing receipts for received paymentsAddress and solve client questions and issues related to billingSecurely handle client data and payment informationPerform periodic reporting of overall billing and collection progressIdentify trends or issues and initiate corrective action to improve revenue cycle management and overall billing performanceOwn ad hoc operational projects as needed by the Finance DepartmentRequirements for the Billing Specialist:

4+ years experience working in a billing roleExperience working with Saas productExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially pertaining to customer serviceIncredible attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyTeam player with a great attitude, self-starter, and adaptable in a startup environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and StripeExperience working with Israel based company is a plusPowered by JazzHR
