Job Description:

Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC, is seeking a paralegal with 5+ years of mass tort litigation or high-volume personal injury litigation experience. The ideal candidate is smart, organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to multitask. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
--- The candidate will work in a team-based environment supporting litigation attorneys with mass tort cases.
--- Responsibilities will include drafting and filing pleadings, coordinating meetings and hearings, and communicating with clients and medical providers with updates about the case status.

Qualifications:
--- Experience managing multiple cases through all stages of litigation
--- Must have a background in personal injury and/or mass tort litigation
--- Proficiency with state and federal court filings
--- Must be technology savvy
--- Working knowledge of MS Office and ATO (preferred)
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
