Reseller Sales Head - Restaurant Technology Sales (SaaS and

prior experience of building a reseller network in the space.

- The position is a national position so does not matter where
you are located in the US.As a Sales - Territory Account Executive,
you will use a consultative approach to...KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, set up demos, and visit resellers across the US
(local or national) to identify potential new resellers.
- Create leads and leverage our CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive) to
nurture those deals from the first contact to sign up.
- In-person and over-the-phone prospecting, educating resellers
about our products, and becoming a trusted advisor in restaurant
technology.
- Hold one-on-one demonstrations for resellers
- Generate a list of prospective resellers and manage the entire
partnership cycle from the initial call to close.
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the
prospect's needs.
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure that
expectations set during the partnership process are met in
delivery.
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best
position eatOS in the market.
- Cultivate relationships with resellers in your area.
- Understand their unique needs and pain points with current
systems.
- Educate resellers on the benefits of eatOS products and develop
a solution that helps them thrive.
- Sign-up resellers to use eatOS products.
- Regularly check in on the restaurants to make sure their
systems work as intended.REQUIREMENTS:
- Point of Sale, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant software, and
hardware salespeople with prior experience of sales in the
space.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A track record of closing deals.
- The initiative and ability to cultivate and manage their own
book of business.
- Someone who takes care of their prospects and clients as if
they were a part of the family.
- The ability to have a conversation with a prospect, demonstrate
empathy, and really understand how we can help them.
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to
perform well under pressure.
- Experience with canvassing and cold-calling to various local
businesses with evidence of success preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and sell to every decision-making level.A
PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in the SaaS, reseller, restaurant, hospitality, and
food service industry.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
- Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!).
- Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team.
- Full/Part-time, remote, or work from office depending on
location.
- Experience cold-calling and prospecting in-person leads.WORKING
