Sr. Associate, Data Quality/StewardshipDallas, United States of AmericaWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe Data Steward identifies and defines key data elements used in critical business process(es); profiles data and documents the data quality controls for technical coding, testing and implementation to assess the data quality and ensure its fit for business purpose. Data Steward documents and assesses the data flow through the business process to identify control weaknesses or gaps and recommend mitigation; participates in the root cause analysis of data issues. Acts in a project management capacity to plan and execute or facilitate the tasks associated with the Data Quality Lifecycle for assigned data projects within their Data DomainResponsibilities:

• Creates quantitative analyses that convert data into defined KPIs for actionable insights by combining viewing and digital data experience with analytic prowess.
• Serves as a subject matter for critical data project(s), mapping data elements, ensuring appropriate metadata is captured, and rules are defined for all critical data elements.
• Leverages large data sets to provide insight-driven decision-making support for strategic initiatives around viewing insights.
• Facilitates discussions and documents the future state workflow and processes as current processes are improved and new processes are created.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceWork Experience:
    • 9+ years relevant experienceSkills and Abilities:
      • Advanced knowledge and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, Access, SPSS, and Microsoft SQL Server, SAS, R, Python, or equivalent).
      • Advanced knowledge of statistical applications within Financial Services to interpret data requests and identify data analytics opportunities.
      • Technical expertise regarding data modeling, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
      • Demonstrated analytical, project management and tactical planning skills.
      • Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
      • Strong data quality experience.
