The RN demonstrates the following core competencies and behaviors: nursing process, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, flexibility, organizational skills, accountability and leadership. Estimated pay range for this position is $45.00 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support Neonatal Resuscitation Program Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Registered Nurse Additional Qualifications: Minimum 18 months RN experience. Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN). RNs hired prior to 2/2012 are not required to have BSN to continue in their non-leadership role as an RN. RNs hired after 2/2012 with an Associates degree have 5 years to complete the BSN degree. Certification in area of practice and life support (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS) as per department standard. Required to work 4 shifts per month, 1 shift on the weekend and 1 holiday.EOE
