General Clerk II Claims

Purpose of Position:
Life claims in salesforce. Processes of reinsurance reporting.

General Duties:
--- Support to the Claims Departament Manager in the life claims process.
--- Import necessary documents from OnBase to Salesforce for the life claims.
--- Communication with agents/beneficiaries regarding life claim.
--- Review of the daily life issued policies report for reinsurance purposes.
--- Assist in the review of the monthly life reinsurance reports.
--- Filing of life claims and life reinsurance reports/documents.
--- Maintain logs for the life claims and reinsurance files.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor---s degree
--- Experience in CRM Customer Relationship Management (medium)
--- 1 -3 years of experience in similar positions in the line of business Insurance.
--- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Salary: 36k
