Are you an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Desk Representative looking for an opportunity with a prestigious Women's Care Clinic? Our client is a premier imaging facility focused on fostering female wellness. When it comes to diagnostic testing, a more personalized, female-centric approach is essential. Daily Responsibilities for the Bilingual Medical Biller:

• Greet and check in patients, and collect personal, medical and Insurance information.
• Schedule, reschedule and verify patients appointments.
• Manage office supplies inventory for the front desk.
• Input prescriptions in the system and write notes.
• Make sure all labs have been logged and collected.
• Manage patient workflow.
• Collect patients copayments/deductibles and record the payment transactions. Salary: $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience Requirements for the Bilingual Medical Front Office Administrator:
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience as a Medical Front desk
  • Strong computer skills Hours for this Position: Will have a 40 hour work week (5 days, 8 hours a day) within these times: Monday-Saturday Mon & Fri - 8am to 5pm Tues, Wed, Thurs - 8am to 7:30pm Sat - 8am to 2:30pm Advantages of this Opportunity:
