Position Summary:

• Be the go to person at a regional level for the multiple SDO -s (Service Delivery Organizations), internal and external stakeholders.
• On board new third party partners to complement our professional services catalogue across LATAM. Set up pricing, catalogue, SKUS, agreements, billing, SOW and all operational and administrative aspects.
• Create programs to attach professional services to our current product offering.
• Manage vendor relationships programs and make sure we comply with the requirements to offer services on their behalf.
• Strong communication with the technical team to coordinate activities, initiatives and share best practices across the region
• Provides support for internal processes, such as POs and billing processes.
• Facilitates integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met.
• Recommends technical, contractual, administrative, and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to agreed-upon requirements.

  • Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in Professional Services.
  • Manages large projects or processes.
  • Limited oversight from manager.
  • Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals. -
  • Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
  • May be the in-house expert on specific technologies or within the job function area. -
  • Complete understanding and wide application of advanced technical principles, theories and concepts in a specialized field.
  • Possess broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions.
  • Determines and develops approach to solve functional area related issues.
  • Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience. Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
    
    Salary Range: Ingram Micro has different annual base pay ranges for each work location and salary grade within the United States.
